From May 2004 there will be an infinity swimming pool 13 metres by 5 metres, up above the house with a panorama of the countryside and lake.
The house has a large terrace and grandioso porch overlooking the umbrian hills renowned for their prime quality olive oil, wine and genuine produce.
A childs play area with swing, slide and sandbox is close to the porch.
The National
park and surrounding countryside with its olivegroves and vineyards, provides
optimum potential for nature walks and exploring. Historical towns, Todi,
Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia and many others are close by.
Post office, chemist, foodstore, bakery, pizzeria and internet are all
within 10 minutes in the quaint and untainted medieval villages of Civitella
del Lago and Montecchio.

House has three double rooms , and one large room with a bunk bed and
two single beds, hence sleeps 10 and a baby.
